In the construction process of this rural house, great care has been taken regarding the energy efficiency aspect, working on passive-house parameters. The mechanical renewal of air and luminosity converts indoor stations into areas of great comfort.

Getting to know the Basque Country.
From Ibarrangelu the road heads to Gernika and Lekeitio. In one of them you will get to know the rural world and in the other the seaport. In a 15' bus ride you will reach both.
Halfway you could stop in Ea, Bedaru, Arteaga or Kortezubi.
The Basque Country is not that large; You could go anywhere in a day's drive.
